Design Process & How We Will Work Together

  1. Select a package that will suit your business needs.

  2. Submit your completed brief along with a 50% deposit and signed contract.

  3. Laroja Creative will review the brief, further clarify your requirements if needed and provide a ‘mood board’ showing examples of exisiting logos and/or styles, fonts and a colour palette. A mood board is a great way to visually make sure we are on the same page before the logo is designed. 

  4. Laroja Creative will provide you with the initial concepts based on your brief and comments from the mood board.

  5. You will review the concepts and select a concept and provide any changes needed.

  6. You will then receive another proof with your changes made from the initial concepts. This will be ‘proof 1’.

  7. Following proof 1, you will then have the opportunity to make further changes, where proof 2 will then be provided and subsequently, proof 3. 

  8. Changes may be made after proof 3, however a new proof will not be provided. One may be requested for a fee per proof. Changes made after the proof 3 revisions will also incur a per hour fee.

  9. Once you are happy with the design and the remaining balance of your invoice is paid, Laroja Creative will hand over your files via digital transfer (ie email or Dropbox). A disc may be requested for a fee.
